When the excavated sand or stones are overloaded, the excavator will fall into a depressed state. Assuming that 6 minutes of the work of 1 day and 10 hours are depressurized, then if you can avoid depressurization, you can throttle about 840 liters of diesel every year
Tip 4: Reduce engine speed
The higher the engine speed, the faster the walking speed, and the higher turning part consumes more fuel. Fuel efficiency is better when walking at low speeds than when walking at high speeds.
Tip 5: Reduce the circling angle
Reducing the hover angle when loading the dump truck can shorten the work cycle, increase the amount of work during working hours, and improve fuel efficiency. This is also the most useful way to save fuel.
Tip 6: Clean the dirt on the travel device regularly
The walking device is covered with mud and the resistance increases when walking, which is the cause of the increase in fuel consumption. Therefore, the mud must be cleaned regularly.
Technique 7: Control the mining angle
When the bucket cylinder and the connecting rod, the stick cylinder and the stick are all at 90 degrees, each cylinder has the greatest force to push the excavator. When digging at the beginning, do not extend the stick to the maximum range, starting from about 80% of it is the best.
Tip 8: Control the digging range of the stick
