No, we do not sell second hand parts as we carefully source brand new parts of the best quality and make sure our prices are as competitive as possible so you have the option of buying new with a guarantee without spending much more than buying second hand.

No, we do not sell reconditioned parts as we carefully source brand new parts of the best quality and make sure our prices are as competitive as possible so you have the option of buying new with a guarantee without spending much more than buying reconditioned items.

3. Are your parts good quality?
All of our excavator parts are sourced from a carefully selected list of suppliers. We take quality very seriously and all of our parts are fully interchangeable with the original.

4. I only have the size of the part, can you help?
Due to the huge amount of stock that we carry we do not keep sizes for parts, it is very simple for us to guide you to where the machines serial ( VIN ) number and part number are located and with these numbers we can easily locate and supply the part required.

5. I don’t know the part number that I need, can you help ?
Yes of course, supply us with your machine serial number and parts needed.

6. Do your parts come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our aftermarket replacement parts come with a warranty. Sorry that we don't offer any warranty for original parts and NPR brand piston rings.

7. Can you deliver anywhere in US?
Yes.

8. Do you send goods overseas?
Yes we have accounts with all major shippers, FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT etc., and also pallet focused shippers for bulk orders, enabling us to export worldwide. We just need your full address and zip / postal code.

9. Can I order parts and arrange collection with my own carrier?
Yes, that is fine, we can supply the weights and dimensions to enable you to arrange collection by your own carriers.

10. How long will it take to send my parts?

Estimated shipping time to Canada, Mexico: 4-7 workdays;
Estimated shipping time to Australia: 4-7 workdays;
Estimated shipping time to South American countries: 5-10 workdays;
