What is the return process for orders delivered to New Zealand?

To start a return, please use our return portal. Items should be unused, not installed, clean, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact support if you need help with the current return instructions or applicable costs.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders placed within one hour and not yet fulfilled can be cancelled from the customer order page. After one hour, or once the order has been fulfilled, please contact support for the next steps.

For NZ$1,000 or less goods value, no customs duty or border entry fees are collected by the New Zealand Customs Service.

For over NZ$1,000 customs value, formal customs entry is required and the customer must pay 15% GST, applicable customs duties, and border processing fees such as the Import Entry Transaction Fee.
