Warranty Policy

New Warranty Policy Valid from January 15, 2025 EST.

Fab Heavy Parts is excited to offer a 12-month warranty on all new replacement/aftermarket parts starting from your original purchase date. 

Here’s the scoop on our warranty:

- Coverage includes defects in workmanship and components.
- Normal wear and labour costs for installation, removal, or inspection are not included.
- The warranty does not cover rental replacements, downtime, or damages from faulty parts or poor workmanship.

If you encounter issues with new aftermarket parts during the warranty period, we’ll conduct a thorough evaluation through the original manufacturer to ensure everything is up to standard, though this might take some time. Remember, remanufactured parts need to be registered within 90 days of purchase to be eligible for warranty coverage.

For new tools we offer a 90 days of warranty covering manufacturing defect.

All claims for warranty must be made within the warranty time.
Any claim made after the expiration of the warranty will not be considered.
The defective part must be returned to Fab Heavy Parts for replacement.
The warranty term is based on the original purchase date.

Our Warranty does not cover the following items:

• The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, Loss of use of the vehicle, freight/ towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars, or other consequential damages.
• Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, or improper installation.
• Claims that result from the failure of other existing components.
• Claims that result from overheating due to cooling system failure.
• Parts used for any purpose other than the original application.
• All warranties are for the original purchaser only. Warranties are not transferable.
• We don’t offer a warranty for original parts.

For Small Parts / Electrical Parts / Mechanical Accessories/ Filters, a 3 month part replacement warranty applies unless otherwise noted in the description.

For turbochargers, a 3-12 month part replacement warranty applies unless otherwise noted in the description.

For cylinder heads, engine overhaul kits, gasket kits, fuel injection lines, fuel injectors, oil pumps, fuel pumps,  a 3 month part replacement warranty applies unless otherwise noted in the description.

For undercarriage parts, a 6-12 month part replacement warranty applies unless otherwise noted in the description

For seals and gaskets, a 3 month part replacement warranty applies unless otherwise noted in the description.

For hydraulic oil coolers, radiators, a 6 month part replacement warranty applies unless otherwise noted in the description.

For water pumps, a 3 month part replacement warranty applies unless otherwise noted in the description.

For hydraulic main pumps, gear/ pilot pumps, a 6 month part replacement warranty applies unless otherwise noted in the description.

Our Warranty does not cover the following items:

• The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, Loss of use of the vehicle, freight/ towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars, or other consequential damages.
• Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, or improper installation.
