Ons retourbeleid geldt 30 dagen. Als er 30 dagen zijn verstreken sinds de levering, kunnen we u helaas geen terugbetaling of omruiling aanbieden. (We hebben de retourtermijn verlengd van 25 naar 30 dagen op 12 oktober 2023. Bestellingen geplaatst op of na 12 oktober 2023 vallen onder dit nieuwe beleid.)
Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retourzending, moet uw artikel ongebruikt, niet geïnstalleerd, schoon en in dezelfde staat zijn als waarin u het hebt ontvangen. De krimpfolie mag niet beschadigd zijn. Het artikel moet zich ook in de originele verpakking bevinden.
