Frequently Asked Questions
What will shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated in your cart. Enter your province and postal code to see the available rate before checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery to Canada is 4–7 workdays after dispatch. For parts weighing over 68 kg, delivery may take 5–10 workdays. Carrier or customs delays may add time.
Will I pay Canadian duties or GST?
Yes. Prices do not include Canadian import duties, GST/HST, or customs-clearance fees. If charges apply, the carrier or Canadian customs will contact you for payment before delivery.
Customs duty: Auto parts imported from China commonly have duty rates of approximately 6%–8.5% of the CIF value (cost, insurance, and freight), depending on the product’s HS code. Canada and China do not have a free trade agreement.
GST/HST: A 5% federal GST generally applies to commercial imports. Depending on the destination province, a combined HST rate of approximately 13%–15% may apply instead.
These rates are estimates. The final amount is determined by Canadian customs based on the product classification, declared value, origin, and destination.
Can I return my order?
Eligible unused parts may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Items must be uninstalled, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please begin from our return portal before sending anything back.
Are prices shown in Canadian dollars?
Yes. For orders shipping to Canada, all product prices and checkout amounts are shown in Canadian dollars, and you can pay in CAD.
Do you offer B2B accounts?
Yes. We welcome B2B customers and can invite your team members to our B2B portal, where your business can manage purchasing and place orders with us. Contact us to get started.
How can I pay?
Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available options are shown securely at checkout.
