What is the return process for orders delivered to New Zealand?

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders placed within one hour and not yet fulfilled can be cancelled from the customer order page. After one hour, or once the order has been fulfilled, please contact support for the next steps.

What payment methods are accepted?

Available payment methods include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Availability can vary by order and checkout, so the payment options shown at checkout apply.

How long does delivery to New Zealand take?

Most packages delivered within New Zealand arrive in 4–7 working days. Packages over 68 kg can take 5–10 working days. Timing can also vary with product availability, destination, shipping service, customs processing, weekends, public holidays or carrier delays.

What currency will I be billed in?

New Zealand orders are billed in NZD.

How do I confirm that a part fits my machine?

Compare the listed part number, machine make, model, engine details and specifications with your equipment records. Fitment can vary by configuration and serial range, so contact support with the part number and machine details if you are unsure. Fitment should be confirmed before installation.

Will I need to pay GST, customs duty, or border fees on my New Zealand order?

Mailed & Couriered Shipments (Online Shopping)

For NZ$1,000 or less goods value, no customs duty or border entry fees are collected by the New Zealand Customs Service.

For over NZ$1,000 customs value, formal customs entry is required and the customer must pay 15% GST, applicable customs duties, and border processing fees such as the Import Entry Transaction Fee.
