Our policy lasts 25 days. If 25 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not installed, clean and in the same condition that you received it. Shrink wrapping must not be broken. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The item(s) of return must be shipped back prepaid. Any item(s) returned will need to be in original packaging in undamaged and unused condition to receive full credit. If in the event that an item(s) is returned and is damaged due to a non-proper installation, it will be rejected for full return credit. The item(s) can be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We do not refund shipping costs in this instance. However, any item(s) returned due to an error in our part, will receive a full credit refund. This full credit refund will include a full exchange for the correct item(s) and a refund of shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 25 days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

  • A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all need returned packages (After we have a full communication). Please contact us to get an "RMA" number and our address before you ship your items back to us. Items returned without an "RMA" number would be ignored or delayed in processing. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by our customer service. Please kindly leave the RMA#, order# and your username on original shipping packaging and send us the return tracking number via message, which will help us process it smoothly.
