Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled — standard return terms will apply instead. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout. For B2B and trade customers, bank transfer and net payment terms may be available upon account approval — please contact us to discuss your requirements.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed on most product pages and all tool listings. For parts without a displayed timeframe, standard delivery to US addresses is typically 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the origin warehouse. Express shipping options may be available at checkout.
Will I be charged import tax or customs duties?
No. US customers are not charged any import fees or customs duties on their orders. The price you see is what you pay — there are no hidden charges added upon delivery.
How do I find out the shipping cost for my order?
